[Photo] S. Korean convenience stores begin delivering products

South Korea’s convenience store chains are joining the race to offer consumers the most convenient and speedy delivery services. Using mobile apps, the chain CU offers as many as 3,000 branches that deliver products directly to consumers. CU is even preparing to offer 24-hour delivery services from key branches in the Gangnam District. GS25 has also joined the race, with 10 branches currently offering over 350 products that can be delivered. E Mart 24 also plans on delivering over 120 products from 35 different branches throughout 2020.
