[Photo] Han River’s Nodeul Island reborn as an “island of music”

The Han River’s Nodeul Island, which has been neglected for over 50 years amid various failed projects, including a resort, an opera house, and an “artists island,” will finally be resurrected as an “island of music.” The Seoul Metropolitan Government held an open house for a cultural and musical complex on the island on Sept. 19. The official opening is scheduled for Sept. 28. The complex features recording studios, performance venues, a library, and a music lounge where visitors can relax and soak in various tunes.
